Planá – Thermal depolymerization of plastics

In Planá, near Mariánské Lázně, the Petrolia company plans to build a facility for the thermal depolymerization of plastics. However, many of the locals are against it, mainly because they are afraid of the negative effects of such technology on the environment and human health. The petition against the facility has been signed by around 1 000 people.
