One of the two chlor-alkali chemical factories with bad reputation, where in November 2002, epoxy resin production plant burned down completely; it is connected with releases of DDT (dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane) from the old environmental burdens; mercury is to be used in chlorine production till 2013.
