To learn how to fight the environmental burdens of heavy industry and the present dangers of related air pollution are the reasons why six Ukranian activists boarded to Katowice in mid-November. The study tour of Arnika and Ecoaction, two non-governmental organizations from Prague and Kyiv. Activists from the Ukrainian industrial cities-- Dnipro, Kharkiv, Mariupol, Zaporyzhye and Kryvyi Rih-- with local civil initiatives in Poland and the Czech Republic.
