Local volunteers, in collaboration with the administration of the Iagorlik Nature Reserve, planned and carried out tree planting in suitable locations in the Dniester floodplain. The species composition of the plants corresponded to the natural conditions of the sites: in wetter areas, the planting includes mainly willows, and poplars (saplings), supplemented with maples (seedlings). Further away from the river, mainly oaks in the form of sprouted acorns were planted.
