The third session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee to prepare a global legally binding instrument on Mercury (INC3) wias held in Nairobi, from 31 October to 4 November 2011. Participating organizations of International POPs Elimination Network (IPEN) had preparatory meeting prior to INC3 and prepared an action called What is the true pcire of the gold? Majority of photos here are from these two events. Some are also from INC3, where Arnika took an active part representing IPEN Heavy Metals Working Group.
