"I lived with these people, ate with them, got a chance to drink the fresh river water and also helped watching over the entrance to the bridge. During the day, I guarded the road with women, the ones arrested by special police forces. Later in the evening, men came over to guard the bridge," describes Iva Zímová, Czech photographer, who captured courageous river-keepers from Kruščica, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
