On our November trip to Moldova, we were joined by professional nature guardians from the Beskydy mountains and Slovak Paradise. Their task was to pass on their service experience to their current and future colleagues on both sides of the Dniester River. In addition, we put on gloves and planted trees in the village of Copanca. We also talked to people in various Moldovan villages about conservation and the associated opportunities for regional development.
