This report focuses on the area of Coatzacoalcos-Minatitlán, where a chlor-alkali plant and waste incinerator are located inside of a petrochemical complex, and where an oil and gas refinery is located.
There are two reports included in this publication:
1) Report based on analyses of mercury levels in fish published in April 2013.
2) Levels of mercury in hair of population living in this area are examined in report published in January 2013. It is included in this publication too.
