After studying a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Aquaculture and Fishery Management at Sparsholt College Hampshire in the United Kingdom he started his career in 2001 working for the Environment Agency (England and Wales) based in North London, then later as a Fisheries Officer in South London on the River Thames from 2003 – 2008, working on fish surveys, pollution prevention, fisheries protection, water quality monitoring and in many other areas of environmental protection including waste and enforcement of environmental laws. He came to Prague in July 2008 for a change of scene and for a new challenge. He started work here in the public sector under the Ministry of the Environment, where he worked on the processing, managing and visualization of environmental data, later he worked on the Local Agenda 21 (MA21) scheme administering sustainable development audits of municipalities and towns throughout the country. He started working for Arnika in February 2025 where he now helps to coordinate international projects and events within the international team as part of the Citizens Support Centre.
