Aarhus Convention Shadow Implementation Report Bosnia and Herzegovina 2021
The report provides practical information about the application of the Aarhus Convention in Bosnia and Herzegovina between 2017-2020 and presents concrete examples of violations and non-application in the practice and persecution of activists. The report points to other long-observed problems as well as assesses the implementation of the national legislation and contains concrete recommendations for state administration and civic society.
