Aarhus Convention Shadow Implementation Report Bosnia and Herzegovina 2021

The report provides practical information about the application of the Aarhus Convention in Bosnia and Herzegovina between 2017-2020 and presents concrete examples of violations and non-application in the practice and persecution of activists. The report points to other long-observed problems as well as assesses the implementation of the national legislation and contains concrete recommendations for state administration and civic society. The report follows the Aarhus Convention shadow implementation report 2014-2017.
