The Egg Report

A first of the serie of the reports based on the results of the global monitoring of Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) in free range chicken eggs at 4 continents organized by International POPs Elimination Network (IPEN) and coordinated by Arnika Association in 2005. Report covers results from 17 countries and is focused on dioxins (PCDD/Fs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and hexachlorobenzene - so called POPs by-products. Report was reviewed by two university based scientists (Tom Webster and Valery Petrosyan).
